One year since you have been gone....it feels like every day is an eternity...No matter how long life goes on for me, I will love you and never forget you...Mom and Dad, me and Clementine miss you every minute of every day.

Still missing Dave...he was the first one to welcome me into the neighbourhood and was always able to put a smile on my face. When my son was younger, I advised him that Dave had to have a large large frame to hold his big heart. I still see him sometimes which is quite comforting...be at peace, my friend.

Dave was one guy who would make everyone smile.  I remember the camping/fishing trips that we used to have while I was in the Dodsworth foster home.  He and his family were always there to help when someone needed them.  He will be missed. My condolences to his wife and daughter and immediate family.

I am so sad to hear about Dave (alias Dodsy & Lips).
Dave was a great middle blocker that could spike harder than anyone.
He always made me laugh and have a good time even on the court.
Dave was so much fun to be around and he was the life of any party.
He had a very kind heart and was a good person to so many.

Dear Dodsworth Family,

It was a shock to hear of David's passing this week. Growing up in Abbotsford David was one of my first friends. I will always remember the great parties he and his sister held. David always had a smile on his face and story to tell you. Although he did not graduate with us in Abbotsford he kept in touch with most of us when he moved away. I will not be able to make his last party and celebration but I will give him a toast as I listen to some old 1970's tunes this weekend.

I have a feeling Dave will be "fishing with Greg".  My heartfelt thoughts to his daughter, wife, and entire extended family.  Barbara Bendtsen Henderson.
