Donna Marie Bellegarde

July 2, 1947 - March 12, 2014

Donna passed away peacefully at her home in Deroche, BC on March 12, 2014 with her devoted husband Mike by her side.

Donna was the cherished wife of Mike and the beloved mother of Tracy (Dennis) and Todd (Danielle) and Kokum to her special granddaughters Shayla and Sydney and step grandchildren Taylor, Kody, Samantha, Ashley, Amber, Alexis, and Megan.

She will be lovingly remembered by her brother Darryl (Lynn), sister- in-laws Lorraine, Arlene (Gary), brother-in-law Joe, many nieces and nephews and hordes of fans.

Over the past few years Donna gave us a truly remarkable example of courage and strength. She handled all that she was required to endure with great dignity and without complaint.

Donna lived life to the fullest; she was courageous and compassionate, marveled at the beauty of nature and saw the humor in many things. She took her greatest joy out of the simple things of life, spending time with her beloved family, walking her dogs, petting her cat and visiting with friends. Donna always gave back what was given to her; she sponsored many women and helped them to find a new way to live.

Donna was one of the world’s greatest souls; her thoughts were always for others. Her kind and loving spirit will live in our memories forever.

A Celebration of her life will be held in Regina, Sk. at Regina Trades & Skills Centre 1275 Albert St. on Saturday, April 5, 2014 at 1:00p.m. and in Mission, BC at the Mission Alano Club 33229 North Railway Ave on Saturday April 12, 2014 at 1:00 p.m.
