Marga was survived by her loving husband Willi (Bill) Becker.
As a couple, they enjoyed 73 years of marriage. The love birds were married in Gruiten Germany in September 1952 and arrived in Vancouver in March 1957. Marga worked as a bookkeeper with North American Van Lines, JT Obrien Insurance, and owned a hairdressing business. In 1987 they moved to Gibsons, then in 2017 to Crown Point in Abbotsford. She had a particular love and passion for fig trees that she nurtured for many years, and of fishing and hunting in the Cariboo region of BC. The couple later relocated to Chartwell Cedarbrooke in Mission, and enjoyed their last few years together among friends.
There are no plans for a funeral service.
In lieu of flowers or donations, Marga would have preferred to have everyone simply love and cherish those who care for others.
