recuerdo cuando la visitaba y me decía que estaba tan contenta porque había ido a su casa. Eso me traía mucha alegría. Me llenaba de atenciones, platicábamos y nos reíamos mucho.  Fue la mejor madrina para mí hija Gabby, siempre la hizo sentir tan especial. Gracias por ver sido un buena amiga y compartir su gran corazón. la voy a extrañar mucho. 

La recordaré con cariño siempre.

"La niña" that is what she always called me in her very loving way. I remember visiting her home throughout the years, she always welcomed my family with such joy and kindness. I feel blessed to have been able to spend more time with her these past few years.

Me gustaría tomar esta oportunidad para agradecerle por todas las atenciones que usted siempre tuvo por nuestra familia. Gracias a su bondad, hermoso y grandísimo corazón mi papa siempre tuvo un hogar a donde llegar en el norte. Gracias a usted mi hermana y yo pudimos continuar la escuela antes de que nuestros papas llegaran al norte. Gracias a usted mis papas pudieron legalizarse en este país. Gracias por todas y cada una de su atenciones, bondad, afecto y especialmente muchas gracias por tener un gran corazón y mantener las puertas de su hogar siempre abiertas para nosotros.  

Lamento mucho de no ir a visitarla mas seguido he pasado mas tiempo disfrutando de su presencia. La quiero mucho y la recordare por siempre!!

Mi Madrina Juanita, la mas buena y bondadosa.  Me siento afortunada de haber sido su ahijada.  Tengo bonitos recuerdos de ella y regalos muy especiales que me hizo y todavia conservo con mucho cariño.  Siempre la recordare y extrañare sus visitas a mi casa en Yuma, AZ.

I have many memories about my tia Juanita but the one that stands out the most was when she would emphasize that her name was Juanita and nothing less than that.  I was very fortunate to be named after her and to say the least tia Juanita was always very loving and affectionate.

My Abuelita ... Words cannot describe how much she means to me. She was my other half. She was always there for me. To help me, to guide me, or just to simply listen to all my crazy ideas. She's been there for me since day one. She raised me to be the person that I am now and I am so grateful for that. She always guided me in the right direction. I have so many beautiful memories with her that I'll always hang on to and remember. Te voy a extrañar mucho Ama. Me vas hacer mucha falta. Solo te pido que me cuides todavía desde arriba. siempre tendrás un lugar especial en mi corazón. Te quiero mucho Ama ❤

I will allways remember the words of wisdom she would say to me in spanish, although I did not understand, her Grandchildren, Alexis and Gabriel would translate.  We made sure the house was kept warm so that she would not be cold.  And one very important thing, her beautiful knitting of special tablecloths.  All I had to say I liked it and she would let me have it.  I have a special pillow that she has made for me, I will always cherish.  You will be missed and be forever with us.  Miss you abouelita.

Tia juanita was always full of joy and hapiness. I always remember her in one of our many trips to mexicali when We where at my grandmas house and the family was gathered around a bon fire and she was dancing full of joy sorounded by her family. She will forever live in our hearts rest in peace tia juanita
