He was born in Riobamba, Ecuador, the son of Pedro and Leticia Miño. Married to Rosita Pino (+). Culminated from La Salle School and Worked for the Ecuadorian Railroad. Moved to Los Angeles in 1991. He is survived by sons Jorge Edmundo, Efren, Danilo, Patricio, Alex, Freddy e Ivan, ten grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.
