She is survived by her children Maria Dolores Herrera(+Antonio), Maria de Jesus Guzman, Maria Elena Garza(Leonardo), Graciela Guzman, Raquel Hinojosa, Lee K. Toni, Maria Mercedes Guzman, Jose Juan Guzman(Mary R.) and David Guzman(Lucy Garcia); 21 grandchildren and 31 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, April 5, 2021 at Funeraria Del Angel, Chapel of Remembrance in Mission from 2:00 pm to 9:00 pm with a rosary recited at 7:00 pm. Funeral mass will be held on Tuesday, April 6, 2021 at 10:00 am at St. Joseph the Worker Catholic Church in McAllen. Burial will follow at Valley Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Mission.
