James is survived by his loving wife of 55 years, Sheila Shaw; daughters, Shelene Shaw Burns and husband Jeff, Jamie Sepulveda and husband Jesse; sisters, Virginia Cockrell, Eileen Scott, Kathy Herron and husband Joe Bob; grandchildren, Tyler Sepulveda, Ashley Sepulveda, Lauren Sepulveda; and numerous extended family and friends.
A private ceremony will be held by the family at a later date.
Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Funeraria Del Angel, 3611 Taylor Rd, Mission, TX 78573.
