Tony is preceded in death by Father, Emeterio Rios, Mother, Beatrice Rios, and his sister, Gracie Dempsey.
He is survived by his loving wife Linda Marie, his sisters Yolanda(Oscar) Ortega, and Mandy(Gilbert) Sanchez, his step-children, grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Tony is loved by many, and will be missed by all of those whose lives he touched.
Tony graduated from Roy Miller High School in Corpus Christi, and continued on to graduate from Texas A&I Kingsville with a bachelors degree in Psychology and a minor in Math.
Besides his family, he loved nature, fishing, hunting, his beautiful plants, and billiards.
Funeral service will be Friday, May 26,2017 at 5:00 PM at Funeraria Del Angel chapel of remembrance.
