She is preceded in death by her parents Gil and Juanita Martinez; and by her sister Leticia Martinez.

She is survived by her sons Jose Javier Lopez(Sujell) and Daniel Martinez(Rebecca); her grandchildren Jose Javier Lopez Jr., Nayalie Sujell Nevarez and Esteban Angel Lopez; her great-grandson Jesse Javier; her siblings Rogelio Martinez, Maria Luisa Martinez, Magdalena Aldana, Felix Martinez, Gilberto Martinez, Claudia Villarreal, Aurora Smith, Juan Francisco Martinez and Janie Janie Mora.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 20, 2018 at Funeraria Del Angel in Mission from 1:00 pm to 9:00 pm with a rosary at 7:00 pm. Funeral mass will be held on Wednesday, March 21, 2018 at San Juan Diego Catholic Church in McAllen at 2:00 pm. Burial will follow at Valley Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Mission. Services are under the direction of Funeraria Del Angel of Mission.
