He is preceded in death by his parents Brigido and Gertrudes Escobar; his sisters Noelia Stuart, Maria Olivia Rodriguez and Otila Garcia.
Noe is survived by his loving wife Anita O. Escobar, his sons Adrian and Gerardo (Nadia K.) Escobar; and by his grandchildren Wrathan A., Issac X., and Tristan K. Escobar. He is also survived by his siblings Rogelio Escobar, Barbarita Cruz and Ernestina Laurel.
Noe proudly served our country from 1967 to 1987 with the United State Air Force. He then worked for I.N.S. as in inspector from 1993 to 2007. Noe had a passion for hunting and loved spending time outdoors. His grandchildren were his life and he will be greatly missed by all that knew him.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, April 26, 2015 at Funeraria Del Angel in Mission from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm with a rosary at 7:00 pm. Funeral mass will be held on Monday, April 27, 2015 at 12:00 pm at Our Lady of Perpetual Help in McAllen. Interment will follow at Valley Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Mission. Services are under the direction of Funeraria Del Angel of Mission.
