

Rogelio Ramos, age 51, was born and raised in McAllen, Texas.
He is survived by Yvette Ramos, his wife of 24 years and his 5 children: Joshua, Regina, Felicia, Alyssa and Clarissa, as well as his grandchildren: Dylan, Gianna, Derek and Mia. Other survivors include his parents: Juan Ramos Morales and Irene Lucia Gonzalez of McAllen, Texas. His sisters: Rosie, Delia and Joanna, and several nieces and nephews.
Roy graduated from Southern Careers Institute in the program for Medical Billing & Coding Specialist. He worked with his sister at Overcomers Rehabilitation Services. Prior to that he was a loyal employee for TI Fluid Systems for 26 years. Roy was a dedicated employee providing excellence in diligence, commitment and responsibility.
He served his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ as an usher and member of River of Life Fellowship Church and he faithfully attended men's group at Journey Church. Roy loved to BBQ, a blessing to anyone who tasted his cuisine, both family, friends and church family.
The Lord fatefully took him to his permanent home on March 21, 2023 after a short illness. Roy dedicated his life to his family, his community, and his church family by helping people and making himself available to go the extra mile. He will forever be missed and live in the hearts of all who loved him. He left his children a legacy of love, respect and kindness. He is dancing with the Lord now.
