Carol Sedberry Perkovich

Carol Sedberry Perkovich, born September 6, 1948, passed away on November 15, 2024 at the age of 76 at her residence in Rancho Santa Margarita, California, surrounded by her family. Carol was born in a city adjacent to Washington D.C., and held a manager's position at Delta Airlines for many of her earlier years.

Carol was a devoted mother of two boys. She was also an avid traveler, going to Europe multiple times before and during her marriage with Paul Perkovich. As their children advanced in age, Carol and Paul bought a timeshare in Cancun, Mexico so that they could still engage their children on vacations as they became young adults.

Carol was not only a successful customer service manager for Delta Airlines, but also for two manufacturers/distributors of health nutrients for about 16 years. Her dedication to her children was exemplified by her involvement in PTA- Parent Teachers Association, where she held a position of President while she and her family lived in the San Diego area for about 7 years. When her family was transferred to San Diego, she decided to quit her job and devote all her free time to our children's schooling, PTA, and our son's dedication to sports (Soccer, Pop Warner, and High School football teams).

She is predeceased by her father, Eugene Sedberry and mother Katherine Sedberry. Her only sibling, Sandy Sedberry, passed away from cancer in 2013.

A celebration of life service will be held on December 8, 2024. Arrival time is 10:30 am Sunday morning, and the service will begin at 11:00 am. As the service continues, there will be refreshments starting around 12:00 pm. The service will be held at Fairhaven Memorial Services, 27856 Center Dr, Mission Viejo, California 92692.
