Chuck is survived by his son, Tyler Givens; his parents, Terry Givens and Mary Ann Givens; and his sister, Jennifer Singleton.
A celebration of life for Chuck will be held Saturday, October 6, 2018 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Radney Funeral Home, 3155 Dauphin St, Mobile, Alabama 36606.
