

Charles DeWitt Moulds – a 79 year-old devoted husband, father, and grandfather, a native of Whistler, AL and resident of Mobile passed away Sunday, November 6, 2011. He retired from Akzo-Nobel as a maintenance foreman after more than 30 years of service. He was a hard worker and stayed busy in his working on churches and helping people with various home and automotive repairs. He was a longtime member of Myers Memorial Baptist Church and was a current member of Moffett Road Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his parents, Jack W. and Edna Davison Moulds, and brother, Claude “Jack” Moulds. Mr. Moulds is survived by his wife of 55 years, Mary Myrick Moulds; daughters, Delores Lynn Moulds and Ann Davis Greene; granddaughter and the “apple of his eye”, Courtney Ann Davis; cousins, Dr. Elizabeth “Beth” Moulds, Sara Ann “Nip” Moulds Enderli, and Clyde “Tink” Davison; other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held from the chapel of Radney Funeral Home on Dauphin Street on Thursday, November 10, 2011, at 2 p.m. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday, November 9, from 5-8 p.m. Interment will be in Mobile Memorial Gardens.
