"Chet" was a member of St. Pius X Catholic Church and the Cathedral-Basilica of the Immaculate Conception. He was a Fourth Degree Knight of Columbus active in Council #2737 in Daphne and various councils in the Mobile area. He was employed in insurance sales for many years and a member of the Friendly Sons of St. Patrick. He was preceded in death by his parents, Chester Edward Clancy, Sr. and Carolyn Ann Williams.
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 A.M. on Monday, October 1, 2012 at the Cathedral-Basilica of the Immaculate Conception. Visitation will be from 9 A.M. until 10 A.M. on Monday at the Cathedral. Interment will be in Pine Crest Cemetery.
