Mrs. Cleo Springer Turner Smith, age 89, former longtime resident of Mobile, AL, passed away at her residence in Deland, FL on Wednesday, November 20, 2013. She is preceded in death by her husbands, Millard Turner and Cecil Smith. She was a former member of a local Mobile chapter of the DAV. She is survived by her son, Glenn Turner (Sharon), sister, Mamie Dee Pettus, brother, Doyce Springer. She also leaves to cherish her memory two grandchildren, Justin Turner and Amber Turner. Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 30, 2013 from 9:00 a.m. until 10:00 a.m.at Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home, 6040 Three Notch Road, Mobile, AL.
