Evelyn Morgan Sanders

Evelyn Morgan Sanders – a 96 year-old native of Wilcox County, AL and resident of Mobile passed away Saturday, July 3, 2011. Mrs. Sanders was formerly employed at Brookley Air Force Base and retired from Pensacola Naval Air Station after many years of civil service. She was formerly a member of Hubbard Memorial Methodist Church. Mrs. Sanders was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Sanders; parents, Henry Clay Morgan, Sr. and Estelle Morgan; and brothers: Fred Morgan, Henry Clay “Tip” Morgan, Jr., and Dave Morgan. She is survived by four nieces and nephews: Larry Morgan (Nancy), Donald Morgan (Patsy), Judy Dayvault (Tom), and Pamela Pittman (Gaylan); great-nieces and nephews: Mike Morgan, Debbie Jordan, Josh Dayvault, Lauren Estep, and Kevin Morgan; other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held from the chapel of Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home on Thursday, July 7, 2011, at 10 a.m. The family will receive friends from 9 a.m. until the service hour. Interment will be in Mobile Memorial GardensArrangements under the direction of Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home, Mobile, AL.
