Frank Foster

George Franklin Foster resident of Wilmer, Alabama passed away on Saturday, June 4, 2022. He is preceded in death by his parents, John Engram and Nellie Marie Whitehead Foster, son, Jayson Foster; and one brother, John Foster.

Mr. Foster was owner/operator of Durabridge Precision Coating, Inc. . Frank had a love for animals that was unsurpassed. He owned and trained quarter horses and traveled with his wife Pat over the country showing their horses for many years. He was awarded many trophies throughout the years, but his proudest was having a World Champion Quarter Horse.

Frank is survived by his loving wife of 40 years, Pat Foster. He is also survived by his children; Jill Foster, Laura Slezak, Lisa Ann Wrighter and Linda Shoemaker. Also surviving him are his grandchildren; Kaitlin Anderson, Victoria Tidmore, Clayton Foster, Michael, Matthew, Mark, Megan Slezak Cordner and Mitchell Slezak, Joshua and RaeAnn Shoemaker, fifteen great-grandchildren; one brother, Gene Foster.

A private celebration of life will be held .
