Gwen Smith Henderson, 70 years old and a resident of Mobile, AL. passed away on Friday, April 1, 2016 with her family by her side, at a local hospital. She is survived by her adoring husband, over 51 years, Elton Henderson and 4 children, Kathy (Ricardo) Bernal, James (Julia) Henderson, Cynthia (Brian) Esmonde, and Teresa (Steve) Hyatt; 11 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren; plus many other family members and frends who are left to cherish her memory.
A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, April, 5, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. from the Chapel of Pine Crest Funeral Home. Visitation will be from noon until the service hour. Interment will be at Pine Crest Cemetery.
