SSG Halbert Lee (Sarge Ha) departed this life on November 14, 2012.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Mr. Elijah (Callie Mae) Clark Sr.; Grandparents Mrs. Eartha Lee (Abe) Morgan; 4 brothers, Henery, Elijah, Jr., Willie and Billy Ray Clark.

Sarge leaves to cherish his memory, 4 children, Minister Kimberly Tunstal, Minister Erika (Roderick) Williams, Shanna (Rodney) Nettles and SRA Halbert Lee (Devin) Clark II.; 2 sisters, Mrs. Ethel Bettis, Mt. Vernon, AL and Mrs. Robin Holmes, Mobile, AL; 1 brother, Mr. Terry Lee (Anitha) Clark, Sr., Mobile, AL., 2 uncles, Mr. Earlee Murry and Mr. Eris Hood; 1 sister-in-law, Mrs. Lucille Clark; 12 grandchildren, MSgt Kevin Clark, Roger and Felecia Tunstall, Roderick Jr., and Jeremy Williams, Aaron Calhoun, Genesis Gardner, Rodney and Sydnee Nettles, Ayanna Doss, Halbert Lee III and Kylah Clark; 1 great grandchild, Essence Tunstall, a host of nieces and nephews; a host of cousins, 1 devoted Mrs. Maggie Beard; 1 special cousin Lakyra Penn, other friends, Virgie Andry, Stella Huges, Cecil Walker, Anthony Safford (Tony), Willie Simmons, and Mark Roberson.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, November 23 at 11AM at Pine Grove Missionary Baptist Church in Mt. Vernon, AL. Visitation will start at 10 AM. Military honors will be rendered at graveside in Mobile Memorial Gardens
