James Larry Phillips – age 58, a native and lifelong resident of Mobile passed away on Tuesday, July 19, 2011. Mr. Phillips was a member of Fulton Road Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his parents, James Earlie and Mary G. Phillips, and brother, Ernest M. Hart, Sr. Mr. Phillips leaves to mourn his passing a devoted sister, Shirley H. Jones of Mobile, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, extended family, and a host of friends that were dear to him. Funeral services will be held from the chapel of Radney Funeral Home on Dauphin Street on Saturday, July 23, 2011, at 2 p.m. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 12 noon until the service hour.
