Jewelle Predeta Gartman – a native of Little Rock, Arkansas and resident of Mobile, Alabama passed away Thursday, August 31, 2023. She is survived by her loving husband, David Gartman; her son and daughter-in-law, Brian and Kim Gartman; two grandchildren, Blake Gartman and Randy Harlan; niece, Cathy Gartman; other relatives and friends.
