She was a lifetime member of First Baptist Church of Mobile and truly loved the Lord. Joan really enjoyed being a part of her large extended family, and she devoted many years of her adult life helping her mother, who spent her last years in Joan’s home. Joan was also an animal lover and always had multiple cats and dogs that gave her much joy.
Many thanks to all her wonderful caregivers and staff at Atria Regency, where she lived for almost two years, and the caregivers at Springhill Manor Nursing Home where she spent the last few weeks, and for her special friends, Brenda and Mona.
