

She is survived by daughter, Annalee Solley Dunkerly (Dustin) of Kennesaw, GA; son, Victor Frank Solley of Decatur, GA; father, M. Lory Campbell, M.D. of Mobile and Point Clear, AL; mother, Anna Mary Rominger of Mobile, AL; sister, Ashley Robinson Griffith (Bill) of Oxford, MS; brother Albert Augustus Robinson of Mobile, AL; former husband, Frank Lee Solley of Decatur, GA; a host of other relatives and friends.
Julie was educated in the parochial school system in Mobile, AL and attended Mercy High School and Bishop Toolen in Mobile and Marymount in Rome, Italy. She graduated from Mastin School of Nursing and worked in various areas of nursing, especially oncology, throughout her nursing career. She was a graduate of the inaugural class of Physician Assistants receiving her Master’s degree for the University of South Alabama and worked as certified physician’s assistant in Mobile and, later, at Winship Cancer Institute of Emory University in Atlanta. She was a very dedicated mid-level provider and was recognized for the compassionate care she gave to all her patients.
Julie was an avid reader, especially, of history and religion. She was very active in her church and held deep interest in spiritual living as well as alternative methods of healing.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, June 29, 2013, at the chapel of Radney Funeral Home, 3155 Dauphin St., Mobile, AL at 1:30 PM with the Reverend Sherrie Quander and Rev. Mr. Ed Connick as the officiating ministers.
