Katherine Nikki Nicole Shirley

Katherine Nicole “Nikki” Shirley, devoted mother, loving daughter, and precious sister, was sadly taken from us on August 21, 2011 in a tragic accident. Nikki, born October 22, 1984, was a 2002 graduate of Baker High School, as well as a 2008 graduate of The University of South Alabama where she received a Batchelor of Science in Psychology. Nikki was continuing her education at USA where she planned to become a traveling nurse. Nikki is survived by her precious daughter, Kylee Shirley; her parents, Kenny and Toni Graddy; her sister, Jessi Graddy and her niece Brooklin Gaddy, all of Semmes, AL. Nikki will be sadly missed by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Nikki’s passion was her daughter, Kylee, where she was actively involved in Kylee’s school, her cheerleading, her gymnastics and her everyday activities. Nikki put her life “on hold” in order to be the perfect mother. Visitation will be held on Sunday, August 28, 2011 2:00 PM until 5:00 PM at Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home.
