Katherine "Kathie", affectionately known as Nana, was born on October 23, 1940 in Baltimore, MD to parents Walter and Bertha (Hartlove) Nagle. Kathie married her husband, James Thomas (Jimmy) Wall, on February 12, 1966 in Mayport, FL while he served duty at the Mayport Naval Base.
Katherine graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from James Madison University and an active member of the Alpha Sigma Alpha sorority. Kathie was employed in her family business at TS Wall & Sons, Inc and financial secretary at Trinity Episcopal Church.
Kathie was predeceased by her parents and her son James Andrew "Andy" Wall.
She is survived by her husband James, daughters Karen Turner and Deborah (Gary) Stevens, and her grandsons Michael Turner, Mitchell Turner and Drake Williams.
Kathie was a parishioner of St. Ignatius Catholic Church and was active in the Ladies Auxiliary of Knight of Columbus Council 666. She enjoyed watching her grandsons play baseball.
A memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be held on February 6, 2025 at St. Ignatius Catholic Church at 11 am with a visitation at 10am. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in her memory to Catholic Charities Adoption Services, 188 S. Florida Street, Mobile, AL 36606.
Kathie will be dearly missed but fondly remembered by all whose lives she touched. May she rest in peace.
