Luther Johnson

Mr. Luther Johnson, Jr. age 88. A native of Frisco City, Alabama, former resident of Mobile, Alabama and a current resident of Columbiana, Alabama died on Saturday, May 14, 2011. Mr. Johnson served in the US Army during World War II, was a member of Antioch Baptist Church in Columbiana, AL and retired from A & P Grocery Store. He was preceded in death by his wife, Jimmie Hall Johnson. He is survived by his daughter, Linda Johnson (Larry) Danzey; two grandchildren, Ashley (Travis) Cross, Christopher Shane Danzey and great grandchild, Emily Danzey. Visitation will be held on Tuesday 11:00 AM until funeral service time. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, May 17, 2011 at 12 Noon from the chapel of Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home. Interment will be in Mobile Memorial Gardens. Arrangements under the direction of Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home, Mobile, AL.
