

Mrs. Marjorie Ann Ladnier Perryman, native of Citronelle, .AL, resident of Heathsville, VA, passed away at the age of 92. She is preceded in death by her parents, Edward John and Viola Cora Urmey Ladnier, husband of 70 years, Harmon Clifton Perryman, son-in-law, Gene Carlton Davis, sister, Violet Ladnier Kristofferson, brothers George Robert Ladnier and John Edward Ladnier. Marjorie’s greatest attributes were her love for the Lord her God and that she walked in a manner worthy of His love and grace. She was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. She was “always” there when her family needed her. Her sweet spirit, gentleness and kindness was evident until the end. She was loved by everyone who knew her. Marjorie lived with her daughter in Heathsville, VA for the past four years. She was a member of Fairport Baptist Church. She was a resident of Mobile for 19 years and was a member of Springhill Baptist Church. Marjorie and Harmon lived in Mexico Beach, FL for 30 years, where she was a pink lady at Bay Medical. She was active in her local church as a Sunday School Teacher. She also enjoyed volunteering at the polls during local and federal elections. Marjorie is survived by her children; Carol Perryman Davis, Bruce Perryman and his wife, Debbie. She is also survived by her sister, Janet Ladnier Raue, grandchildren, Timothy Carlton Davis, Heather Davis Sterritt, Justin Heath Perryman, Emily Perryman Pate and twelve great-grandchildren. Visitation will be held at Radney Funeral Home on Wednesday, May 10, 2017 from 11:30 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. A Celebration of Life will be held in the parlor beginning at 12:00 Noon. Interment will be held in Mobile Memorial Gardens.
