Mary J. Lawson, a native and lifelong resident of Mobile departed this life on Monday. Mary was preceded in death by her father, J.M. Donald and son David Paul Johnson. She is survived by her mother, Velma L. Donald; loving partner Everett Evans; her daughters Mrs. Aimee Lowery, (John Jr.) and Patricia Nicole Johnson; sisters Maxine Donald Chatom (Wayne), and Helen Thiroux; daughter-in-law, Suzanne Johnson; grand children John W. Lowery, III, Katelyn Johnson, Aimee Nicole Finch and Mary Martha Lowery, Andrew Yates; sister-in-law Misty Johnson (Terry); nieces and nephews Jimmy, Miche and Tyre Coon; Edward and Terry Johnson and Angela Baggett; other relatives and countless friends. Funeral services will be held from the Chapel of Radney Funeral Home on Monday Dec. 23, 2013 at 2 pm with lifelong friend Pastor Brian Jones officiating. Visitation will be from 5 to 8 PM Sunday. Burial will be in Pine Crest West. Pallbearers will be John W. Lowery, III, Tyre John Coon, Tyre James Coon, Terry Johnson, Wesley Moody and James Sessions. Honorary pallbearers will be Danny Stacy, John Bunch and David Higgins.--------------------
