Richard Kenneth Driskell Sr.

Richard Kenneth Driskell Sr., age 84, of Wilmer, Alabama passed away on Tuesday June 9, 2020. He is preceded in death by his parents, Rev. W. H. Driskell and Jessie Driskell, sons, Ira Driskell, William Driskell and daughter, Sherry Driskell.

Mr. Driskell retired from the Mobile Paper Board after many years of service. He was a member of Wilmer Baptist Church.

Richard is survived by his loving wife, Irene Driskell and children; Cherie Driskell, Michele Murphy, Gina Dailey, Angie Dailey, Richard Driskell, Jr. and his wife Julie. He is also survived by his grandchildren; Hope Driskell, Elizabeth Hammarc, Doug McKenzie, Caleb Murphy, Weston Murphy, Jason Pemberton, Brandy Watson and eight great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held at Palestine Missionary Baptist Church, Wilmer, AL on Saturday, June 13, 2020 from 9:00 a.m. until service time of 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.
