Sanders Jackson “Jack” Moran, 88, of Wilmer, AL died Sunday, April 27, 2014 at his residence. Jack was a retired truck driver for Union Carbide. Jack was a member of Camellia Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert Rex Moran and Erma Lee Morgan Moran; his wife, Corine H. Moran; and his brothers, Robert and T.P. Moran. He is survived by his wife, Martha Ann Moran, of Wilmer, AL; two sons, Bruce and Wayne Moran; one step-son and one step-daughter; six grandchildren; five step-grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Funeral services, officiated by Rev. Jimmy Howell, will be held from the chapel of Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home at 10 A.M. Friday, May 2, 2014. The family will receive friends on Thursday, May 1, 2014 from 5 to 7 P.M. at the funeral home. Interment will be in Mobile Memorial Gardens. Condolences may be offered at www.mmgfuneralhome.com.
