Valerie Anna Sons, of Mobile, Alabama passed away on Sunday December 8, 2019. She lead a very nice & quiet life with not a lot of activity but with a family of 3 that she could spend time with & never get tired of because we all 3 loved each other. She is survived by her husband Clifton and son Damien.
In her younger days she would read book after book. She was into a lots of mysteries such as Anne Rice & some Stephen King. She loved spending time with her son the most throughout the weekdays & going out with her husband at the end of the week. She loved watching Crime & Mystery shows on TV, Reality Shows such as Americas Got Talent, The Voice, & American Idol. Near the end, she found her love watching a lot of music videos off of Youtube & gave up book reading & graduated to the internet & read from there. She loved to play POKER & ONLINE POKER. She use to make some of the best home cooked meals & like home made chicken tomato soup, meat loaf & macaroni & cheese, lima beans & sausage, etc.
A visitation for Valerie will be held Monday, December 16, 2019 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Radney Funeral Home-Mobile, 3155 Dauphin Street, Mobile, AL 36606. Funeral service will be Monday, December 16, 2019 at 1:00 PM, 3155 Dauphin Street, Mobile, AL 36606. Burial will follow at Magnolia Cemetery, 1202 Virginia St, Mobile, Alabama.
