Walter Joseph Blucas Jr.

Walter Joseph Blucas, Jr., 74, was born on March 30, 1947 in Johnstown, Pennsylvania to the late Walter Joseph Blucas, Sr., and Lavina Christina Bensen Blucas. He was called to his Heavenly home on July 17, 2021 in Mobile, Alabama. Walter served this grateful nation by enlisting with the United States NAVY. He was an avid fisherman and a welder by trade. Walter was a member of Corpus Christi Catholic Church and enjoyed serving coffee and donuts to his church family.

Left to cherish Walter’s wonderful memories will be his beloved wife of forty years; Beverlyann Blucas, seven children: Michael Blucas, Christopher Blucas, Alycia Ann Vanderbilt and husband Eddie, Mark Angelo George and wife Shirley, Sharon Annette McLaughlin and husband Patrick, Brian Andrew George, Patrick Alan George and wife Pamela, four siblings: Susan Babalonis, Christine Lee and husband Ralph, Margaret Blucas, Patrick Blucas, fourteen grandchildren, twenty great-grandchildren, along with numerous extended family members and a host of wonderful friends.
