Born on November 5, 1964 to Lillian Cotto and Carlos Cotto Sr., wife of Frank Orfino, mother of Anthony Orfino and Gina Orfino (Alex) and grandmother to Carter Matosian. She is survived by several other family members including her aunt Sue Perry, her brothers, sisters in law and her many nieces and nephews who she loved dearly.
Anita spent her life dedicated to being a mother and a wife. She loved dancing, singing and spending time with her husband, children and dog, Ella. She always had a smile on her face, she was full of light and laughter. She continued on to be a wonderful, strong, one-of-a-kind woman, even through her courageous battle with breast cancer and other health conditions. She was a fighter. She never gave up and her spirit lives on. She will be forever loved and missed by her family and friends, as well as the many lives she touched along the way.
A memorial service will be held Sunday, May 2nd from 4-8pm at Spadaccino and Leo P. Gallagher & Son Community Funeral Home, 315 Monroe Turnpike, Monroe. Burial service will follow Monday, May 3rd, 10:00am at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, 1056 Daniels Farm Road, Trumbull.
