Kurt Bleakney, 58 of Monroe, died suddenly on October 21st. Born in Bangor, Maine to Jaqueline and James Bleakney. He is survived by his wife Audrey (Verrilli) Bleakney and son Jesse Bleakney, brother Jim and his wife Tina of Maine, Scott and Michelle of Monroe, Andrea and Bruno of Monroe, and a host of nieces and nephews. He is pre-deceased by his sister Pam. Kurt was an eagle scout, a lover of the outdoors. Fishing was a favorite and he shared his many talents with his son.
