Norma J. Hudson, age 73, of Monroe passed away May 20, 2015 at Bridgeport Hospital. Norma was born in Bridgeport on February 21, 1942 and resided in the area her whole life. She worked as a bookkeeper for her family business F.J. Bernerd & Son Moving Co. and for Stiewing Movers. She was a member of Good Shepherd Lutheran Church in Monroe and a choir singer for many years.
She is survived by her sons, Lawrence Raymond and his wife, Jane, and grandson David and Glen Alan Wilkison and his wife, Lynn, and grandchildren Brandon and Brianna. She is also survived by her brother Raymond Hansen, and wife Lorraine, and by her sister Beverly Schreyer, and husband Richard.
She is also survived by a niece and two nephews, and their families. Her funeral will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, May 28, 2015 at the Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, 466 Elm Street, Monroe, CT 06468 . Following the service, the interment will be at Lakeview Cemetery in Bridgeport.
