Anita Pearl Vaughn, born February 19, 1929 in Seattle, WA, departed this life on October 22, 2016 in Kirkland, WA. She was 87. She enjoyed being with her family, reading, watching cooking shows and laughter ... Anita is survived by her daughters Candace Kelly (William) of Renton and Virginia Whetstine of Marysville, 3 grandchildren, and 8 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Steven Vaughn in 1986 and her grandson Loren G. Kelly in 2014. A celebration of Anita’s life will be held on Saturday, November 5, 2016 at 11:30am at Highlands Community Church, 3031 NE 10th St, Renton, WA 98056. Memorial donations in her name may be made to Highlands Community Church.
