Juan is survived by his partner Carmen Perez, his children; Son - Juan J Carrion Sr and Spouse Shamayn L Carrion, Daughter - Maria Harrison and spouse Dennis Harrison, Daughter - Isabel Carrion.

He is also survived by his grandchildren; Juan J Carrion Jr and Spouse Allison Carrion, Adrianna N Vaughn and Spouse Joshua Vaughn, Josepaul A Carrion and Spouse Belen Hernandez, Allen M Marte, Brittany Marte, Keishla Rivera, Kritzia Ramos.

His great grandchildren Milania Carrion, Allen Michael Marte Jr., Julian Michael Marte, Annalise Andreina Marte, Emmarelys Ortiz, Ian Emmanuel Ortiz, Keishlianys Ortiz.

Great great grand child Yerzaly Naed Sepúlveda Ortiz.
