I'm so sorry. I miss you and I think about you constantly. I wish so much i could hit the rewind button for the sake of Shannon, for Micky and his sisters, and for everyone that loved you. I wish it was a bad dream..but it isnt, and i will forever be thinking about you.

Mick was always a blessing in my life as a true and loyal friend.  His ready smile and his great laugh always made me feel loved and appreciated. I will forever remember his awesome firework displays on the 4th and more importantly, the look on his face as he got all squishy talking about his kids and grandkids. His heart was so full of love for his family! 
I also know a family who will be forever grateful that he took a chance on their son and taught him about working on computers.  An experience which boosted that young man's confidence and changed the trajectory of his life.  
It is a life well lived when one can touch peoples lives and hearts the way that Mick touched so many.  
Rest in peace my friend and know that you are loved.

Shannon, Please accept our deepest condolences .  Micky had a kind heart and was always there to help when my family needed a good neighbor. I was able to catch up with him a bit when I went back for my class reunion last summer,  he still had the same sweet smile and soul.  Much love to you and your family in this difficult time.
