I last saw Bob almost two years ago, when he stopped by to say goodbye. He'd just retired, and he knew that I was retiring myself in a few months. I wished him well, and I told him what a pleasure it was to work with him over many years. He was a terrific attorney and fine man. I hope his family knows peace, and I hope they are comforted that Bob made a difference in this life.

I so wish I could be there with you, Di.  I love you and feel for you. You two really had something special.

A special guy from an amazing family.  Bob will be missed for his humor, his smile, and his compassion - not to mention his feistiness.  My heart goes out to Diana and their children and grandchildren. May he rest in peace.  Love always

I knew Bob as a friend and colleague. He was articulate and witty and enjoyable to be with. He was a terrific lawyer and did outstanding work. I will miss him.
