Bill was born in Los Angeles, the eldest son of William and Clara (Reindl) Welsh. He graduated from St. Agnes High, LA City College, and attended Ryan Aeronautical. Bill was a design engineer in the Aerospace Industry for many years. He is survived by his loving wife, Phyllis; son, Dale; daughter-in-law, Aileen; and two grandsons, Michael and Joshua. Memorial Mass will be held on Saturday, February 16, 2013, 10AM at Annunciation Catholic Church, in Arcadia.
