Jenkins, Rickey Joe, age 62, of Tuscaloosa, AL, died Nov. 19, 2015. Rickey was a US Marine Corps Vietnam veteran. His motto was: “I was born to serve; not to be served.” He was preceded in death by his parents, Douglas and Martha Jenkins. He is survived by his daughter, Rikki “Nikki” Hamilton (Alexis) of Vance; grandchildren, Ricky Hamilton and Nicholas Hamilton; and brother, Mike Jenkins (Nancy) of Bessemer. Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 22nd from 2:00 until 4:00 PM at Rockco Funeral Home (Montevallo). The funeral service will be at 1:00 PM on Monday, November 23rd at Rockco Funeral Home (Montevallo), with burial to follow at 2:00 at Alabama National Cemetery. Bro. Bill Donaldson will officiate.
