Stephen Andrew Eloff, age 51, of Eddings Town, Alabama passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, April 5, 2023. Stephen was a crane operator and foreman for Cahaba Maintenance & Construction in Calera. He loved being outside and getting muddy, whether drag racing, four wheeling in the woods, camping, or gathering around a bonfire.
He was preceded in death by his father, Billy Joe Eloff; and brother, Billy Joe Eloff, Jr. Stephen is survived by his wife, Tammy Eloff; his children, Sarah Horton of Centreville, Bobby Mullins of Hoover, and Rebecca Simmons of Vestavia Hills; grandchildren, Emily, Malli, Kaden and Kinden; mother, Clara Lee Poe (David Myers) of Marvel; sister, LeeAnn Lawley (Joseph Davis) of Marvel; nieces and nephews, Jarrod, Brittany and Jordan; and aunt, Evelyn Stanley of Clanton.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, April 15, 2023 at 2:00 PM at Rockco Funeral (Montevallo), with visitation to begin at 1:00 PM. A private burial will take place at Antioch Cemetery at a later date.
