Winnie Lowery Vick

She graduated from Vincent High School and following her school years, she worked for South Central Bell. She was musically talented, playing piano and singing. She was a dedicated homemaker and loved to care for her family and church. She was a gifted gardener and enjoyed Alabama football and NASCAR racing.

She was preceded in death by her sister, Margaret Lowery Miller; and her brother-in-law, Melvin Massey. She is survived by her daughter, Renda Marlaine Vick (Timothy James Carr); son, Timothy Vick; grandchildren, Jessica, Dylan (Erin), and Evan Vick; six great-grandchildren; brother, Allen Lowery (Grace); sister, Annette Lowery Massey; and a host of nieces and nephews.

A visitation for Winnie will be held on Friday, September 17, 2021 at 10:00 AM at Rockco Funeral Home, 3715 Highway 25, Montevallo, Alabama 35115, with her funeral service to begin at 11:00 AM. Burial will follow at Pleasant Hill Baptist Cemetery (Blow Family Cemetery), 1561 County Road 52, Jemison, Alabama.
