Sullivan, Agnes, age 81, passed away on Tuesday, August 22, 2012 at Crown Health and Rehab. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Jane O’Neal. Mrs. Sullivan is survived by her daughter, Nancy Sullivan; Nancy’s father, Samuel Sullivan; two sisters, Jean Sullivan, Mattie Rogers; best friend, Margaret Gilbert and several nieces, nephews and great-nieces and nephews. A Memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 25, 2012 at Leak Memory Chapel at 11:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the American Cancer Society or a charity of your choice. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the services.
