Anne Louise Neal of Montgomery, Alabama, went home to be with her Lord Jesus Christ on June 10, 2022. She was born on January 17, 1936 in Montgomery, Alabama, to D. I. Neal, Jr. and Nell Wheeler Neal. She is survived by her sister Chrystal Neal Morris, and three nieces Sylvia (Allan) Martin, Kathy (Kerry) Gaston, and Barbara (Joe) Eiland. Anne is also survived by 7 great nieces and nephews and 20 great-great nieces and nephews, as well as many special cousins.
Anne cared for her elderly father for 17 years after her mother passed away until his death. She was a lifelong member of Clayton Street Baptist Church which later became Heritage Baptist Church where she taught a children’s Sunday School class for more than 50 years. Anne loved her church and loved serving the Lord.
Aunt Anne was a wonderful aunt very much loved by her nieces and then her great nieces and nephews. She was always a special part of family holidays and get-togethers.
