Arthur R. Long, Jr., age 86, a resident of Montgomery, AL for 58 years, went to be with his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on Wednesday, May 13, 2015. He retired after thirty-three years with the U.S. Postal Service. Visitation will be Thursday, May 14, from 5-7 p.m. at Leak Memory Chapel. The funeral services will be in the chapel Friday, May 15 at 3:00 p.m. with Rev. Art Long and Rev. Mike Northcutt officiating. Interment following in Greenwood Cemetery. He is survived by his wife of sixty-two and a half years, Jeannette Coxwell Long; children, Art (Kelly) Long, Dennis Long and Lisa Long; grandchildren, Jacob Long and Katelyn Long. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Eastmont Baptist Church Building Fund.
