Billye White Seay, age 83, of Montgomery, Alabama passed away on Wednesday, September 16, 2020. Mrs. Seay was born September 6, 1937 in Ashland, Alabama to Ann White and David White.

Billye is survived by sons Jim Williams (Maureen) and Tyler Williams (Dawn); grandchildren Lauren Williams, Joe Piccirillo, Dawson Williams and Lucy Williams.

She was preceded in death by father David White and mother Ann White; husband Jim H. Seay Sr.; brother Jack White; and son David Williams.

A family and friends visitation for Billye will be held Saturday, September 26, 2020 from 9:30 AM to 10:00 AM at Leak Memory Chapel. Following the family and friends visitation will be a family graveside service at 10:00 AM at Greenwood Serenity Memorial Gardens, 909 Lincoln Road, Montgomery, AL 36109.
