I remember working with Mr. George at a plan review early in my career. He was very helpful, teaching this young engineer about the plans development process. I am praying for all the George family during this time of loss. May God's peace be with each of you.

In the early part of my career with ALDOT (Alabama Highway Department at that time), I had the pleasure of meeting with and working with Don multiple times in his capacity as an engineer with the Federal Highway Administration, and I have nothing but good memories of those times. He was always affable and willing to help in any way that he could, and there was never a time that I saw him that he did not have a friendly smile on his face. My thoughts and prayers are with the George family at this time.
