Edna Earle Crumpton

Edna Earle Pride Crumpton, age 86, a resident of Montgomery, Alabama was born in Georgiana, Alabama January 4, 1927 and passed away on April 29, 2013. She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert Lawrence Pride and Ada Carpenter, her husband, James Edward Crumpton, Sr. one son, Issac Lawrence "Ikey" Crumpton, and sister, Desland "Sister" Culpepper. She is survived by her sister, Bobbie Duncan; daughter, Johanna Bise and her husband, Jerry Bise; son James Crumpton, Jr. and his wife, Sharon Jenkins-Crumpton; daughter, Joy Jones and her husband Roy Jones, and son, David Crumpton and his wife, Cindy Crumpton, daughter in law, Connie Tucker; grandchildren, Dax Bise and his wife Kristi; Melissa Crumpton; Brian Jones and his wife. Penelope; Christopher "Chris" Crumpton; Josh Bise and his wife Christy; Matthew Jenkins, Christy Jones, Dustin Crumpton and Chelsea Crumpton; great grandchildren, Chandler Bise, Alexus Harris, Emily Bise, Laci Bise, Jackson Bise and Shelby Faye Crumpton, and many other nieces, nephews and friends. Pallbearers will be Dax Bise, Josh Bise, Chris Crumpton, Dustin Crumpton, Brian Jones and Matthew Jenkins. Honorary pallbearers are Chandler Bise, Robert Duncan, Jerry Stephenson, Daniel Oliver, Rusty Crumpton, Paul Sear, Dallas Campbell and Dr. Larry Williams. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Crowne Healthcare Activities. We would like to thank the staff at Crowne Healthcare, and Dr. Larry Williams and his staff. for the love and care shown to our mom. Graveside services will be held on Friday, May 3, 2013 at 11 AM at Greenwood Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday, May 2, from 6:00-8:00 PM at Leak-Memory Chapel. Everyone will assemble at the gravesite.
